The smart-looking buckles on the front of the Reference suitcases and bags also made us leery of checking them, as we really wouldn't want anything to damage such gorgeous suitcases! However, if your trip consists of a nice drive to the country estate or the Hamptons, these swanky designer suitcases are perfect to toss in the back of the convertible.
