Kate Moss, To Become A Hollywood Star?
Kate Moss is not getting any younger. Though she still has many fashion projects at the age of 35, she cannot deny the fact that there are many young fashion models today who are as equally striking and atypical as her image. And so she starts looking for a career with longevity, in preparation for that day when her career in modeling is up. Her target: Hollywood. Apparently, the supermodel’s boyfriend Jamie Hince have put her in touch with an agent in New York. There are also reports that Kate Moss is being aided by Michael Figgis, a film director who worked with her on Agent Provocateur campaign ads. A source tells the media that Kate Moss always had dreams of acting. “Kate’s nervous but feels, with the right backing, she can make the transition from supermodel to Hollywood star.” While we all know that model-turned-actors are not well-praised on film like they were on the catwalk, it's exciting to wait for the updates of Kate Moss' future acting career – in the Oscar's or in the Razzie's. Donation, Donation, Auction!
Its just ordinary happening for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to donate to charities. This time, the famous couple donated 1 million dollars to support the education of 8,000 war-affected children in Iraq and the United States. The latest Brangelina donation was given to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, made through the Jolie-Pitt Foundation.
While its not a big thing for the Brangelina couple to donate, it is great news for hotel heiress Paris Hilton. The socialite had given an “extremely generous” donation for the construction of a medical building at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. "The children I have met through my involvement with Children's Hospital have truly touched my heart... I am proud to make a donation and lend my name to the fundraising effort to help children who are facing terribly serious illnesses," says the 27-year old Paris Hilton.
Meanwhile, supermodel Kate Moss had her blonde hair extension for auction on eBay, with a good cause of raising money for an anti-drug charity. While Brangelina and Paris Hilton were “aware” of the donations they made, Kate Moss did not plan of auctioning her hair extension. The 37-year old model shed the extension as she tried to duck paparazzi in Germany. A photographer picked up the hairpiece and eventually posted it on eBay, for the benefit of German anti-drug charity Keine Macht den Drogen (No Power to Drugs).Labels: Angelina Jolie, Kate Moss, Paris Hilton
