The mag's even listed the man once accused of corrupting Britney as a "Good Father". And he certainly seems to be, it’s just announced that as he had the kids for Thanksgiving he’s letting his boys spend Christmas with their mom (yay! crack-pancakes).
"To be a father is… everything," K-Fed says "It shows me how little I am." You would think his music videos would be enough to do that...

Halle Berry has confirmed she is pregnant. The 'Monster's Ball' star has revealed she is "beyond excited" to be three months pregnant with boyfriend Gabriel Aubry's baby.
Halle, 41, told US TV show 'Access Hollywood': "Yes, I am three months pregnant!
"Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I've waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next few months will be the longest of my life!"

It didn't take long for Paris Hilton supporters to create an online action group against the socialite's recent conviction.
The site claims Hilton is being oppressed and says it has two major protests planned to fight the sentence - one in Los Angeles and one in New York. No other details have been provided at this time.
Hilton was found guilty last week of violating probation on a recent DUI conviction and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. Hilton was found driving with a suspended licence after being pulled over for a broken taillight. She said she was unaware her licence was suspended at the time and has since apologized.

First pictures of starlet Lindsay Lohan allegedly snorting coke in a bathroom stall surface on the internet, and now some critics of her new film Georgia Rule are tearing the young actress’ film apart.
The movie is about a troubled teenager who is sent to live at her grandma’s [Jane Fonda] house for the summer in hopes of turning her life around. She parties, dabbles in eating disorders and has sex too much…sound familiar?
One particular review gave it merely one star out of four, calling the film a disappointing cliché of family empowerment. Its star-studded line up and production crew allegedly disappoint, despite their renowned past work. This is also the film Lohan received a notice from the head of the production company stating she was arriving late on set too often and sometimes not arriving at all.
However, other reviews say the film exceeds expectations. Decide for yourself this Friday when it hits theatres. It is rated R for sexual content…and irony.
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition reality TV host Ty Pennington pulled a Paris Hilton Saturday morning when he was arrested in Hollywood under suspicion of DUI.
The carpenter publicly apologized to his fans and the ABC coworkers Monday, admitting he made a mistake.
“This is about accountability. Under no circumstances should anyone consume alcohol while driving. I could have jeopardized the lives of others and I am grateful there was no accident or harm done to anyone," Pennington said in a statement released through his publicist.
Pennington was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Saturday morning and released on $5,000 bail two hours later. He’s due back in court June 4.
The TV star called the incident a wake up call. Hopefully it put a nail in whatever drinking problem, if any, the stud may have.

Lindsay Lohan Hit and Run (Not the Title of Her New Album)
Since Britney Spears has been overshadowing party-girl Lindsay Lohan, she had to step it up a notch.
And what better way to do that than with a hit and run. New video of Lindsay Lohan posted on Access Hollywood's Web site, shows her getting in her car, and trying to pull away when a photographer is seen rolling off of the hood of her BMW, claiming he's been hit by the starlet. Lohan exited the car to look at the downed photographer, and then fled the scene in a bodyguard's car. Lohan claimed he was faking it.
The photographer was then taken St. Vincent's Hospital, where he was treated for minor knee injuries. And Lindsay was forced to take an extra shot of whisky that night to make the pain go away.
Isn't it wonderful when love is in the air. Sometimes its even in the stale, locked-up air, of a rehab clinic.
Leave it to Britney Spears to find her newest rumored boy toy in rehab. Jason Filyaw, admits that he and Brit have been "growing very close" since their "special" relationship began, and even used the L-word to descibe his feelings for her. In an exclusive interview with TMZ, Filyaw, self-described as "very spiritual," would neither confirm nor deny that he is dating Spears, but admitted, "I love her, I support her 100% and we are close."
Filyaw, who's been attending AA meetings with Spears, also revealed that he is helping Britney with the spiritually "deep" part of her recovery.
Maybe he can shave his head too and they can create a spiritual silent group that doesn't sing -- or maybe that's just my wishful thinking.

Not that this comes as a surprise but Angelina Jolie has added yet another child to her family. Pax Thien Jolie is three years old, and is joining siblings Maddox (adopted from Cambodia), Zahara (adopted from Ethiopia) and Shiloh (a Jolie-Pitt original production) in the United States this weekend. Maddox was with Angelina when she arrived at the Vietnam orphanage to pick up Pax. The child had been registered as Pham Quang Sang at the orphanage.
The boy had been abandoned at birth at a local hospital and has been at the orphanage since 2003. Jolie took the boy with her to the Justice Department building in the city center to sign the adoption documents. Her car left half an hour later. "She was very beautiful. She signed and had her photo taken," department official Dao Van Tran said outside the building.
I suppose we can't fault Angelina for her adoption commitments but while the ink sets on Brad's divorce papers and Angelina's Billy-Bob tattoos fade, I can't help but wonder if this is just some terrible trend she's picked up to compensate for her "I'm a vampire" days. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt (for the kids sake at least) and hope that Brad sleeps with one eye open.
Sean "Diddy" Combs has been sued by Gerard Rechnitzer, a man who claims that he and his girlfriend were assaulted by Combs at the club, Teddy's.
However, Combs' attorney states that this is another baseless and fabricated lie for taking advantage of Combs' celebrity status.
If Combs really did assault Rechnitzer and his girlfriend, it serves him right. However, if this really is a lie... Rechnitzer must need a really good lawyer. Combs vs. Rechnitzer. Sadly, money and influence usually wins.

An appearance in family court sought by Kevin Federline amid a child custody dispute with Britney Spears was canceled Thursday after she entered a rehabilitation program at Promises Malibu.
Last week, Spears sought treatment at a center in the Caribbean but checked out after a day. Spears and Federline reportedly agreed Wednesday night that he would keep their two young sons while Spears was in rehabilitation, a program that takes between 30 and 45 days. Photos surfaced showing Britney attacking an empty car with an umbrella on the same evening.
Britney was furious to be followed by photographers as she attempted to make contact with Federline. Federline sought spousal support and sole custody of Jayden James, 5 months, and Sean Preston, 17 months, after Spears moved to end their two-year marriage in November, but a temporary order issued Feb. 1 granted joint custody through this month.
A Hollywood movie studio filed a lawsuit claiming gossip blogger Perez Hilton posted a stolen topless photograph of Jennifer Aniston on the Web. The picture was allegedly "misappropriated and illegally copied" during production or post-production of the 2006 romantic comedy hit "The Break-Up".
Last September, Aniston and celebrity photographer Peter Brandt settled a lawsuit regarding topless photos Brandt shot of the actress in late 2005. "It's a confidential settlement," Aniston attorney Jay Lavely said. "The matter was amicably resolved." Aniston had sued Brandt in December 2005, claiming he invaded her privacy by using a telephoto lens to photograph her inside her home when she was topless or partly dressed. She alleged in the lawsuit that Brandt used "invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures" to capture the images. Brandt said he took the photos while standing on a public street about 300 yards away from Aniston's home. Being a celebrity sounds like so much fun...
Blubbering as he announced his ruling, a judge Thursday left it up to the guardian of Anna Nicole Smith's baby to decide where the model should be buried. But he expressed hope it would be in the Bahamas, alongside her dead son. The ruling came a full two weeks after Smith died at a Florida hotel at age 39 of still-undetermined causes. It was still unclear was what the guardian, attorney Richard Milstein, would do.
Smith's estranged mother wanted her buried in her native Texas, while Smith's boyfriend wanted her laid to rest in the Bahamas. The judge, who choked up frequently and wept as he explained his decision, compromised and gave custody to Milstein, the guardian for Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn.
Stern is listed as Dannielynn's father on the birth certificate, but Smith's ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, said the girl was his. The judge began Thursday's hearing with a long diatribe, saying Smith's relationships with her mother, Vergie Arthur, and ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead soured because of overuse of prescription drugs, and referred to Stern as "maybe an enabler."
Birkhead testified earlier that he attempted to curb the starlet's drug use by urging her to seek treatment. Smith told him she needed the prescriptions to live. When he suggested Smith enter drug rehabilitation, he said she told him: "I'm not a drug addict and quit calling me one." Yeah, sure.
Britney Spears entered rehab for the third time today in what continues to be a bizarre series of events surrounding the one-time pop princess since she shaved her own head a few days ago in a Tarzana, California salon.
After two one-day rehab stays, Britney has checked into an undisclosed facility for what will supposedly be a 35 to 40 day visit.
Sources have speculated that Britney rushed to check into rehab today after soon-to-be-ex husband Kevin Federline filed for an emergency family law court hearing to take custody of their two small children. The hearing has since been cancelled.
There are various theories as to why lucious-locked Britney shaved off her hair. Some say it was to prevent Federline's threat to drug test her hair; others say it was to remove lice; while some believe it was simply a preamble the singer's impending nervous breakdown.
Regardless of the reason, Britney's, shall we say 'haircut', has caused a media uproar, as has her subsequent wig-wearing and unstable behaviour.

J.K. Rowling Expresses Feelings About the End of Harry Potter
J.K. Rowling, author of the popular Harry Potter series, is heartbroken and mournful about the end of her series as she completed the seventh and last book, but expresses excitement for it at the same time.
The seventh book, 'Deathly Hallows', is her favorite book out of the seven book series. Saying good-bye to the series was hard for her, but luckly Rowling has a sense of achievement that is well deserved.
'Deathly Hallows' will conclude a series of books and movies that have captured both children and adults alike. Even my seven year old little sister has read the first three books of the series... Books with Harry Potter's popularity don't come around every often, and the excitement that generates with the release of each new book will be missed.
Sirius and XM Satellite Radio stations, the only two of their kind, announced today that they will combine forces in a $13-billion dollar deal by the end of this year. The amalgamated station will be run by current chief executive of Sirius, Mel Karmazin.
So much for friendly competition, huh?
According to the L.A. Times, both radio stations have a combined listenership of 14 million. Each station currently offers over 100 channels of music, news, and info programs.

In 24 hours, Britney Spears went to rehab in the Caribbean, checked herself out, flew to LA (coach!), shaved her head and got 2 tattoos!
Britney Spears arrived unannounced at a Los Angeles hair salon yesterday, demanding staff shave off her long brunette hair (half of which were extensions). When staff refused, the singer grabbed electric shears and shaved her head, declaring she was doing it because she was fed up with being touched by other people.
Emily Wynne-Hughes, a worker at Esther's Salon, said Spears was crying and agitated when she entered after closing time, demanding they shave her head. "She wasn't making sense at all -- she was very scatterbrained," she said.
"Esther has been in the business for 30 years and said, 'I'm not doing that,' but Britney was set on having her head shaved so she started doing it herself."
Ms Wynne-Hughes said when she asked the upset singer why she was shaving her head, Spears gave a bizarre answer. "She said 'I don't want anyone touching me -- I'm tired of everybody touching me'," she said. The fallen chart star then went to the nearby Body and Soul tattoo parlour where she got two tattoos -- a black, white and pink cross on her lower hip and red and pink lips on her wrist.
About 60 onlookers -- amazed to see the pop star adopting a shocking new look -- and photographers gathered outside, with police having to clear the way for Spears to reach her chauffeur-driven car. Her bizarre hair appointment on Friday was at a salon in California's San Fernando Valley about 6pm. Photographers said the 25-year-old wept in her car before going inside, sitting in front of a mirror and shaving her head with a pair of clippers.
Her latest bizarre behavior came only hours after the mother of two returned to California from a short stay in rehab. She reportedly checked herself out of Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre rehab clinic in Antigua last week after less than 24 hours. Looks like she should have stayed a little longer...

While in past years, J.Lo astounded viewed with her extremely low-cleavage bearing gown, this year the stars opted for elegant designer gowns.
For example, instead of flaunting her fabulous body, Shakira chose to wear a Carolina Herrera red chiffon gown, carefully accenting her lean muscular figure.
Even the men wore saavy stylish suits, such as John Mayer's Armani tuxedo. He though, still wore his signature Nikes.
The few outrageous looks that were present in the red carpet were more artistic than sexy. For example, the members of OK Go covered their faces with fabric that matched their outfits, and Imogen Heap chose to dress up as a garden, complete with a toy frog.
Perhaps, the Grammy Awards are becoming more about the music and less about who has the outfit of the night. Or at least, there seems to be better ways to gain publicity than a scandalous outfit.
The country music trio swept the Grammys last night, winning in all five categories in which they were nominated, including the top prizes of record, album and song of the year. Their album, "Taking the Long Way", also scored best country album, and their single "Not Ready to Make Nice," took home the award for best country performance by a duo or group with vocals.
It was a bittersweet victory for the Dixie Chicks, who saw a huge slide in their popularity when lead singer Natalie Maines, at a London concert in 2003, famously quipped: "Just so you know, we’re ashamed the president of the United States is from Texas".
After the remark, record sales plummeted when several U.S. country stations boycotted the group for their supposedly anti-American sentiments. CD-smashing, fan protests, and even death threats ensued.
The backlash was chronicled in 2006's excellent documentary, "Shut Up and Sing", which debuted at last year's Toronto International Film Festival.
Other big Grammy winners included Mary J. Blige and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, who won three and four awards, respectively.
However, it was clearly the Dixie Chicks who came out on top. Unapologetic, honest and brave, these three women deserve all the acclaim they get. It is the fickle Chicks critics who are now the ones shamed.

The late Anna Nicole Smith's mansion in the Bahamas is currently in disputed ownership berween her attorney, Wayne Munroe, and a U.S. developer that she had a brief relationship with, G. Ben Thompson. Munroe claims that Anna Nicole Smith purchased the house, while Thompson claims that he loaned the house to her. The Bahamas Supreme Court will decide the official ownership of the mansion.
Her cause of death is still unknown, and it will take a few weeks to figure it out. There will no illegal drugs in her hotel room; only prescription.
Anna Nicole Smith's 5-month year old baby is also undergoing a conflict, as many men are claiming to be the baby's father.
Hopefully, by the time the baby becomes a young adult, the real father will be decided. It's not fair for any child to grow up without a mother or someone to call father.
Anna Nicole Smith, the former Playboy playmate whose bizarre life careened from marrying an octogenarian billionaire to the untimely death of her son, is now dead.
She passed away today, Thursday February 8, after collapsing at a South Florida hotel, one of her lawyers said.
Anna Nicole Smith, 39, collapsed and was unresponsive while staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino, said the attorney, Ron Rale. She was rushed to a hospital.
"She checked in Monday at 8 p.m. as a guest. She was due to check out tomorrow," said Danielle Giordaano, a spokeswoman for the hotel.
Smith had been a tabloid staple even before she became Playboy's playmate of the year in 1993. Readers were fascinated by her bombshell good looks, her marriage to an elderly billionaire and subsequent court fight over his estate, her weight fluctuations, and last year, the sudden death of her 20-year-old son, Daniel Smith.
Now hangs in the balance her daughters paternity - which remains in question.

He may play a teen wizard in the fantastical Harry Potter films, but in the promo pics for his new West End play, Daniel Radcliffe leaves little to the imagination.
The 17-year-old actor, who has starred in five film adaptations of J.K. Rowling's books, will take on the role of Alan Strang in the first London revival of Peter Scheffer's play "Equus". In the play, the character blinds six horses and at one point reaches sexual climax while riding naked on a horse.
According to U.K.'s Daily Mail, the production will be staged in the round, with about 60 seats actually positioned on the stage. These seats are expected to be in high demand when the play opens on February 27th.
Judging from the pictures, Daniel Radcliffe is now a serious actor and bonafide rise-taker. One question: how will audiences react to his portrayal of Harry Potter in the final two films, after seeing him in these risky shots? Clearly Radcliffe is ready to move on and grow up.
Sean "Diddy" Combs- once famous for his monikers Puff Daddy, Puffy, and P.Diddy -is being sued by U.K. record producer Richard "Diddy" Dearlove, TMZ reports.
Dearlove states that Combs, the powerhouse behind Bad Boy records and Sean John clothing, "is using his nickname [Diddy] without permission". Combs can refer to himself as simply "Diddy" in the U.S., but must add a "P" when describing himself in the U.K., since Dearlove has a trademark on the name "Diddy".
The controversy erupted over Combs' use of "Diddy" on MySpace and YouTube pages, which are of course universal. Dearlove wants Combs to use a "neutral" name (Daddy?) on those sites, or to remove himself from them altogether.
Wow. This is pretty much as ridiculous as it gets. I guess this could go either way, really. Either P. Diddy picks another pseudonym, or he pays Dearlove enough money that the British producer doesn't care what he's called, 'cause he'll be too busy laughing all the way to the bank.
Miss USA Tara Conner reveals in a new interview with Matt Lauer that she has used drugs, telling the "Today" host, "I have done cocaine, yeah."
She also says in the interview, airing Thursday, that she's taken antidepressants and other drugs that triggered an allergic reaction. "I've tried several different things. But, you know, it's always the same effect," she tells Lauer. "The more that I get it off my chest, the better I feel about myself. It's not healthy for my recovery to sit here and hold things back."
"She is not allowed to go to clubs anymore … and she has a lot of new rules for going out," a source told the Post. A spokesperson for the Miss USA organization said, "Plans to move to a bigger apartment with a chaperone have been in the works for months, and Tara is free to go wherever she wants." Conner, now 21, was evaluated last month because of a few too many late nights out on the town in New York City, where she is said to have engaged in underage drinking. At the time, local newspapers reported that Conner tested positive for cocaine.
NBC says that in her interview Conner will discuss her rehab stint in detail and she'll talk about a possible appearance in "Playboy" magazine. Conner also admitted to being an alcoholic to People magazine.

The parents of a woman killed in a freeway crash involving Brandy sued the actress-singer for $50 million Tuesday. The wrongful-death suit claims Brandy was driving recklessly when her Land Rover struck the back of a Honda driven by Awatef Aboudihaj, 38, "The Insider" first reported. "The accident was a terrible tragedy, and Brandy's heart goes out to Awatef Aboudihaj's family," spokesman Allan Mayer said in a statement. "But for legal reasons we cannot comment on this lawsuit." The suit was filed on behalf of Aboudihaj Ahmed and Labridi Zohra in Los Angeles Superior Court. It comes a day after the California Highway Patrol recommended Brandy be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in the Dec. 30 accident. The city attorney's office is reviewing the case.
Brandy, whose real name is Brandy Norwood, has publicly expressed condolences to the victim's family. Brandy, 27, was driving on Dec. 30 when traffic slowed and her vehicle hit Aboudihaj's, a CHP report said. Aboudihaj's car hit another vehicle, slid sideways into the center divider and was then hit by another car, the report said. Aboudihaj, a Los Angeles waitress, died at a hospital from blunt-force injuries, according to the coroner's office. Brandy, who earned a Grammy in 1999, has made five albums and has been seen most recently as a judge for NBC's "America's Got Talent."

The actor has been in a residential treatment facility seeking counseling for anti-gay slurs he made during the Golden Globes awards and on the set of his hit ABC show. Washington has been absent from the set since January 23, one day before he announced he had begun counseling "as a necessary step toward understanding why I did what I did and making sure it never happens again."
According to Life & Style, the 43-year-old star entered the residential treatment facility for a "psychological assessment" after talks with ABC executives. The TV doc's move to get counseling came just days after the star met with gay community leaders to address his public slur regarding his cast mate, T.R. Knight.

According to dlisted.com residents of the Wonderland rehab facility where Lindsay Lohan is receiving treatment are upset that she’s getting to leave so much. Lindsay left again yesterday to have her car serviced. She then stopped by the set of her movie before returning back to rehab.
Residents have told TMZ that when Lindsay is there, her friends, hairstylists, make-up people and masseuse are allowed to tend to her. The facility has also given her the key to the front door.
Lindsay’s rep said, "Lindsay is 100% not getting special treatment. She’s getting the same as everyone else. This isn’t the Betty Ford Clinic, it’s not a lockdown facility. There is personal time. All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out, like the ‘Today’ show, they don’t know what she’s going through, they’re not there. They shouldn’t speak until they’ve gone through something like that."
She also wanted to make sure that everyone knows Lindsay had her appendix was taken out and was not in the hospital for anything else.

To which we say: What the hell??? Since when is dating solely a 'male' activity? In addition to jewelry, furniture, clothing, diaries, credit card bills, emails, medical records, bank statements and photos, ParisExposed (the site owning the items) also claims to have letters written by Hilton discussing on-again pal Nicole Richie and sister Nicky, a love note from former boy-toy Nick Carter and a selection of "never before seen sex videos."
Paris Hilton's rep, the over-worked Elliot Mintz, told the Associated Press that they are certainly "going to explore all of [their] legal options about this matter."

Perky talk show host Rachael Ray made disparaging racial remarks about the woman who gave Ray her big shot at daytime TV -- none other than Oprah Winfrey, according to sources.
Apparently, at around 7:00 PM, Ray, along with seven others, went to Houston's Restaurant in the mall and ordered fish. She was also drinking red wine and lots of it. We're told Ray became "extremely loud and aggressive," and began dissing Oprah. Sources say she told the group about a portrait of Oprah from the movie "Beloved" that sits in the lobby of Harpo Productions in Chicago. It shows Winfrey's back, enhanced with scars and she's also wearing a skirt from the slavery era. Ray launched into attack mode: "Why is she wearing slave drag? She obviously has problems being black."
But Oprah wasn't Ray's only target. Sources say she told the group how much she liked Jennifer Aniston and then called Brad Pitt a "pussy boy." But her harshest comments were reserved for Angelina Jolie, calling her "a skanky, backdoor c**t."

"Babel" received 7 nominations, both Spanish film "Pan's Labryinth" and "The Queen" received 6 nominations including Best Picture and Best Actress, Helen Mirren. Forest Whitaker and Helen Mirren, who played monarchs to very different effect — continued their stately walk to the podium, with nominations for best actor and best actress.
While "Dreamgirls" may have been snubbed the ultimate Oscar award, this major motion picture will certainly give the rest of those nominated a run for their money. We'll have to just wait and see on Feb. 25th when Ellen Degeneres hosts the most anticipated awards show of the year.
This year's Sundance film festival is anything but glamorous. Featuring controversial films including a documentary about bestiality, a film about the torture and murder of a teen, and a southern Gothic tale that includes the rape of a young girl, which is causing the biggest stir.
According to Canada.com, "Hounddog" is the story of Lewellen, a girl played by 12-year-old Dakota Fanning, who is growing up in the 1960s South. The character is molested and neglected which is causing critics to question the use of such a young star in the film.
Even before the first screening of the film at the festival this week, a Christian film critic, citing Fanning's age, decried the movie as child abuse, and Roman Catholic activist Bill Donohue called for a boycott.
Many might want to avoid the film simply because it's disturbing, and if this is a sign of the films to come, I might just skip the theater altogether and stay home with my Shrek DVD's...maybe Dakota should do the same.
New York's Page Six is reporting yet another encounter with a terrified Anna Wintour staffer. It sounds like Meryl might have actually played her down.
A staffer at The Post received a frantic call from Wintour's office the other morning. The young woman was near hysteria, asking how she could print out the Post's entire online edition. After walking the Wintour underling through the steps, she was asked, "Is she really that difficult?" "I can't talk now. I'm too busy," she replied and hung up.
Poor thing, and to think she'll never get an Oscar nod for her real-life role, unlike her counterpart in the the film based on Wintour, the Devil Wear's Prada. I wonder if she really prefers Prada? I'd ask but I, like her workers, am too afraid.

For the second day in a row, "The View" co-host suggested Paula Abdul was drinking during the show and lashed out at the show for making fun of the people auditioning. O'Donnell and her co-hosts played a clip from Wednesday night's "Idol," in which a contestant, following an off-key audition, was roundly mocked and rejected by the judges. It's official (and it's about time!): Lindsay Lohan has entered rehab. According to Page Six, the 20 year-old actress checked herself into L.A's Wonderland Center yesterday around 2:30pm.
The Center, which offers "alcohol, substance abuse and relapse-prevention programs", is a sprawling three-acre facility with two swimming pools and gourmet food.
Lohan's rep released a brief statement on her client's behalf, which read: "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health. I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time."
Not that this surprises anyone, since Lohan has been making a name for herself as a party girl since she rose to fame with "Mean Girls" back in 2004. Still, the girl is entering rehab at 20!? She must have really done some damage to herself in the past couple of years.
Let's see: she's lived (unsupervised) in the Chateau Marmont hotel since the age of 17, confessed to an eating disorder in Vogue, was hospitalized for 'exhaustion' on multiple occassions, fell and cut her leg at Bryan Adams' estate in England, was chastized for unprofessional behaviour on the set of "Georgia Rule", partied with socialities at high-profile clubs, and recently had emergency surgery to get her appendix removed.
Yep, I'd say she's about ready for rehab. But we all know what that means....
She'll be ready for her comeback by the time she's legally allowed to drink.
Victoria Beckham is going to be a busy busy woman over the next couple of months, according to A Socialite Life. She needs to find a gigantic home for the Beckham's to live in, she needs to check out schools for the kids, and she needs to update her wardrobe so she's a little more "LA.". How will she ever find the time?
The spokesperson said: "She was always going out there on a scheduled trip", adding: "She will be looking at schools and houses for when they arrive in the summer."
The trip comes days after David Beckham confirmed that he had signed a lucrative deal with LA Galaxy.
He said he wanted to make the move from Spain to the US in order to make a difference. "I'm coming there not to be the superstar but to be part of the team, and to work hard and hopefully to win things," he said.

So here is the breakdown of the winners and losers - in fashion of course - do you really care who won for best screen play?

Angelina Jolie — Her charcoal-gray, strapless gown was only the beginning. Add the delicate diamond necklace, the sleek updo, the soft smoky eyes, pale lips and a one-of-a-kind accessory, Brad Pitt, and you've got yourself the ultimate Hollywood legend.
Hilary Swank — Her navy blue, spaghetti strap dress fit her perfectly (style note: Fit is crucial!), and the bow detail at the waist added a feminine touch. Natural makeup, 1940s-style finger waves and the diamond flower hair clip made her look, well, super-swanky!
Penelope Cruz — Her fitted, black Chanel Couture gown was anything but basic. The fluttery ruffle detailing on the straps brought attention to her face, as did her Brigitte Bardot-esque hair. Instead of noticing Penelope's dress or makeup or hair, you simply noticed Penelope.

Sienna Miller — Love it or hate it, only Sienna could pull off this look. I'm still not sure exactly where I stand on it, but her white and gold patterned gown had a gladiator-meets-goddess vibe that was substantially softened by her Heidi-like braided hairdo.
Jennifer Love Hewitt — Her copper lace George Chakra gown was garish at best, and her overdone hair made matters worse. No love for Jennifer.
It all started when Star magazine reported that Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz had split up, propelled by rumours that they spent the holidays in separate cities, he in Memphis, she in Colorado.
Then Justin cast the newly-single Scarlett (she recently split from boyfriend Josh Hartnett) in his video for "What goes around", a song reportedly inspired by the bitter break-up between Justin's BFF, Trace Ayala, and 24 vixen Elisha Cuthbert.
Now rumours are floating that Justin and Scarlett were seen embroiled in conversation (sample dialogue: "you're hotter!', "no, you are", "no you!") at the after-party for Timberlake's new flick 'Alpha Dog'.

Britney Spears and Paris Hilton tied for No. 1 on Mr. Blackwell's 47th annual "Worst Dressed Women List".
Calling them "two peas in an over-exposed pod" and "style-free and fashion deprived," Blackwell dubbed Spears and Hilton the "Screamgirls."
Blackwell didn't limit his nitpicking to young stars such as 20-year-old Lindsay Lohan (No. 3), who went, he claims "from adorable to deplorable" - also targeted, in No. 10 spot, was 57-year-old Meryl Streep, even though she played a fashionista in The Devil Wears Prada.
I'd like to make my own "Worst Waste of Time" list where celebrities that wasted my time in terrible movies or scandals could get some backlash, maybe next year!
According to Access Hollywood, Paris Hilton is to be arraigned in Los Angeles today on drunk driving charges. She is not required to appear in court because the charges are misdemeanors.
Hilton was pulled over last September seventh for driving erratically. She reportedly told officers that she had had one drink on an empty stomach. She was on her way to get a burger when she was stopped. Hilton said she hadn't eaten all day because she was filming a music video.
The hotel heiress and socialite has no prior DUI arrests. If convicted, she could be sentenced to six months in jail and fined one-thousand dollars. The minimum penalty for a first-time offender is a fine, probation and rehab.
How about instead, and I know this sounds cruel, the court makes her listen to her album, while watching all the seasons of the Simple Life. That'll teach her to starve all day and drive, in hopes of competing with anorexic pal Nicole Ritchie!
We knew it wouldn't be long before the British public found a new muse and the Paparazzi a new victim.
Kate Middleton, the much publicized girlfriend of Prince William, had to be rescued by a small army of security people after she was surrounded by Paparazzi at a night club when she was spotted with her prince, as reported by FashionWatch.
Kate, who is about to celebrate her 25th birthday, seems prepared to assume a higher profile as his future consort. From this point on comparisons to Princess Di can only be evitable. The media have started to scrutinize her every move. Although she is not yet considered a fashion icon her classic and somewhat demure style is being noticed and imitated. The young Diana was not considered a trend setter at first but slowly grew into the role. Kate is expected to do the same.
Hopefully this fairy tale romance will have a much happier ending.
Donald Trump recently chewed out Meredith Viera on the "Today" show where he was promoting "The Apprentice," by saying: "Here we are talking about 'The Apprentice' and you want to talk about Rosie, and you shouldn't mention them in the same breath."

How odd that in a country where millions of impoverished Brazilians are starving, the elite are dying (literally) for their own starvation. For those who say fashion is just fun and has no social impact, they might want to take a second look at the warped ideals that are causing this Brazilian phenomenon.

Poor Britney Spears was so tired that she just fell to the floor shortly after midnight on New Year's Eve. The singer-turned- panty-hating- socialite sent tongues wagging on New Year's Eve when she reportedly had to be carried out of a party she was hired to emcee, as reported by Dose Magazine.
According to the New York Post, the pop tart passed out after leading the New Year Eve countdown at Caesar's Palace's PURE nightclub.
Witnesses tell the paper that Spears indicated she wanted to leave around 12:50 a.m., after which she "went into a dead faint and just fell right to the floor." The singer's entourage, along with the club's security guards, allegedly shielded Spears from club patrons and carried her out, as members of her camp yelled, "Make sure nobody gets any photos. No photos anywhere."
Britney Spears's manager, Larry Rudolph, is now claiming stories of his client's collapse have been greatly exaggerated, insisting she just came down with a big case of the sleepies.
"By about 1 a.m., she was just done, so we took her out," he told the Associated Press on Monday. "She was not drunk. She was just tired and falling asleep."
Another theory is that having to put on underwear might have just been too much effort for Britney, resulting in more than usual fatigue for the 25 year old mother of two.
Oprah Winfrey has kept her promise to President Nelson Mandela and recently opened a school for disadvantaged girls, giving more than 150 students a chance for a better future, as reported by Canada.com.
"I wanted to give this opportunity to girls who had a light so bright that not even poverty could dim that light," Winfrey said at a news conference.
Mandela, 88, attended the opening ceremony of the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in the small town of Henley-on-Klip, south of Johannesburg.
"This is not a distant donation but a project that clearly lies close to your heart," said the anti-apartheid leader who became multiracial South Africa's first democratically elected president in 1994.
Singers Tina Turner, Mary J. Blige and Mariah Carey, actors Sidney Poitier and Chris Tucker, and director Spike Lee also were in attendance. Each guest was asked to bring a personally inscribed book for the library.
Winfrey has said that she decided to build her own school because she wanted to feel closer to the people she was trying to help.
The $40 million academy aims to give 152 girls from deprived backgrounds a quality education in a country where schools are struggling to overcome the legacy of apartheid.

Tara Conner (above and below left), Miss USA, Katie Rees (above right), Miss Nevada, and Katie Blair (below right), Miss Teen USA, competing in the Miss USA pageant, were exposed for their less than flattering actions, but one look at the threesome and it seems they have more in common than merely their irresponsible attitudes.
While bad behavior might not be a prerequisite for pageantry, clearly the typical blonde bombshell look is.
Now it's not to say that every Miss USA contestant looks the same, but if Donald Trump has anything to say about it (usually the final say), there does seem to be a pattern. Everyone knows the "type" Trump is interested in and Tara and the two Katie's fit perfectly.
Maybe they could share the Miss USA title and alternate between who gets to go out and party and who has to act sophisticated, I'm sure no one could tell whose who.
As if the Miss USA controversy couldn't get any juicier, now two of the biggest names are fueding over what began with the pageant queen's mishaps.
While Rosie O'Donnell and her View co-hosts discussed Miss USA's alleged drug and alcohol abuse, on the day that Donald Trump (owner of the Miss USA organization) publicly forgave her for her mishaps, Rosie said: "(He) left the first wife – had an affair. (He) had kids both times, but he's the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America. Donald, sit and spin, my friend," as reported in People Magazine.
Trump was anything but amused at her statements and threatened to sue: "Rosie will rue the words she said. I'll most likely sue her for making those false statements – and it'll be fun. Rosie's a loser. A real loser. I look forward to taking lots of money from my nice fat little Rosie."
Clearly what started as just a pageant queen gone wild has turned into a full celebrity fued!

Donald responded in the New York Post: "Rosie got mentally beaten up by me, because she's a mental midget, a low-life. I think she's got a death wish. It's too bad a degenerate is able to get away with things like that."
The war is on! Soon neither party will remember what started the fued, and while their battle of words does nothing to resolve the debate over Miss USA's drug issues or the morality of pageants altogether, it sure is fun to watch!

The raunchy pics show Katie Rees, Miss Nevada 2007, exposing her breasts, passionately kissing other young women, and simulating oral sex with females and a male.
Now sources claim pageant officials are investigating the behaviour of Rees, 22, who was crowned Miss Nevada in Las Vegas in October, as reported in Canada.com. She will represent the state in the Miss USA pageant next spring.
Earlier this month, Rees was the guest of honour at a Special Olympics bowling tournament and last month attended an event for underprivileged children.
But Rees showed off a much wilder side in the pictures, taken during a party in Tampa, Florida before she was crowned Miss Nevada.

Rees said she had contacted Donald Trump, co-owner of the Miss Universe organization, and is awaiting a response.

After her famed show and tell and endless partying Britney has finally admitted: "I probably did take my newfound freedom a little too far," reported by Tonight Entertainment.
But is she really changing, on her site she says she's "just getting started" and said she was looking forward to a "new year, new music and a new me".
