Jennifer Hudson Engaged To “Punk” Boyfriend
September 15 – American Idol Season 3 finalist Jennifer Hudson is engaged to boyfriend, David Otunga, her Rep says in an exclusive interview."I can confirm that Jennifer got engaged to her boyfriend David on Friday night in L.A." says the rep.
The couple, who have been dating less than a year, both grew up from Chicago. Now, they are taking their relationship to the next level as the “Punk” actor from the reality TV show I Love New York 2, proposed with a Neil Lane diamond ring on the singer's 27th birthday.
Finally the dreamgirl has found the dreamboy of his life!
Though, Hudson was voted off of 'American Idol' to the dismay of many, she found her luck in doing films as she brought home the title “Oscar's Best Supporting Actress” for her role in 'Dreamgirls.'
Currently, Hudson is having a busy time with her self-titled debut album to be released on Sept. 30 and her next film, The Secret Life of Bees opens on Oct. 17.
