The reality-TV star Paris Hilton already made great plans for the day – spend quality time with her boyfriend Benji Madden, stroll in the romantic places of Prague, eat in the local restaurant, and do anything that a 27-year old hotel heiress wants to do.

Unfortunately, her high-profile status causes hysteria among paparazzis who want to take a shot of Hollywood.

The result, Paris fell on the floor as she tries to escape from the snappers. With swollen and grazed chin, Paris celebrated April Fools Day in advance.
