What's new about Paris?

After her grand entrance to international stardom by advertising hamburger on bikini and car wash scene, Paris was consistently bombarded with media publicity (both good and bad) with her sexy heiress image, a surprise career in the music industry, and her consistent awards from the lists of Hollywood's worst dressed celebrities. It was her entrance to jail, however, that made her one of the paparazzi's most sought-after personalities.

But the 27-year old heiress proves that there's more to her than bratty wildness and eccentricity.

On March 21, Paris Hilton announced the newest reality-TV series on MTV featuring 20 men and women who will compete to become her new BFF (Best Friend Forever), a title once held by her cousin Nicole Richie.

The challenge is simple: surviving in Paris Hilton's Hollywood celebrity circle. The show will begin at the end of May and will be aired on the fourth quarter of 2008. The 20 lucky men and women will live with Paris and learn about fashion, parties, and shopping – all crafted by the heiress herself.
