Naomi Watts's New Baby Boy
Alexander Pete Shreiber, Naomi Watt's new baby boy, was born Wednesday at a healthy 8 pounds, 4 ounces.
It is Naomi Watt's and her boyfriend's (Liev Shreiber) first baby.
I have a feeling that in two weeks, we're going to see the Australian-born actress looking as glamorous as she ever did before. Oh, those Hollywood mommies.

You Don't Need to Sing to Look Like an American Idol
"American Idol", the hit singing reality show, will be producing a line of clothing directed at girls and tweens. The design of the denim-focused brand will be 'rock n roll", and will be marketed towards all of those prepubescent girls who stand outside in the pouring rain, holding up fan signs for their favorite 'Idol'.
It's a smart move on the company's part, taking advantage of commercial trends. On the other hand, since when did "American Idol" lyrics branded on a pant leg become "rock n roll"?

Magical Success for Last Harry Potter Book
The 7th and last book in the Harry Potter series was so much embraced by young and old fans alike that business was taken away from the 5th movie, "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix".
In spite of 'spoiler' leaks around the internet in the past week, enthusiasm for the new book was still strong. Fans locked themselves in their room all weekend, refusing to sleep until they finished the 759-page book.
"J.K. Rowling does not disappoint; I thought she did brilliantly. It was terrifying; sometimes I was scared to keep reading on. I cried buckets," said Todd, 20, who lamented that "never again will I stay up all night reading a new Harry Potter book, or go to its midnight release party, or invent wild theories about Harry being the Heir of Gryffindor." Me too, Todd, me too.
